ZF-Espresso

Welcome to ZF-Espresso - an online database that aims to give biologists rapid and easy access to zebrafish expression profiling data, in a processed format, and to allow comparison between different experiments.

Please find some experiments and genes that you are interested in, then you can display expression profiles in different formats.

ZF-Espresso is currently under development by Marc Saric and Robert Geisler as part of the European
ZF-MODELS consortium.
